Meet the tenants
Main Character

Zak Adams is a 28 year old artist with an overactive imagination and the maturity of a 12 year old. He has dreams of being rich and famous from his art work, but finds reality has other plans for him. He has a love for things from his child hood, comic books, movies, and the blonde who lives upstairs.
Secondary Character

Ed Fairbanks is the troublesome life long best friend of Zak. When he is not staying a Zak’s place, he lives in his grandmas basement. He was kicked out of his parents house for being to old to be living at home without a job. He thinks of himself as a player, but has a hard time keeping a date after they realize what a loser he is. He is a sports enthusiast (yes, he’s the guy yelling at the TV) and plays video games. He has a real competitive side.

Amithist (or Ami) is as beautiful as she is moody. She comes from a wealthy family but they do not approve of her lifestyle, or accept her for who she is. So she in return wants nothing to do with them either. She is in a loving relationship with her roommate Lizzy. She doesn’t like to many men but is OK with Zak. She loathes Ed and gets into constant verbal wars with him whenever she sees him. She has a Black Belt in Kickboxing and Jujitsu and is currently taking Kendo classes to support her love of Samurai swords. She works at a department store but wants to start her own line of Goth clothing.

Lizzy was a runaway from an abusive family life until she met Ami. She is a talented singer but her low self esteem keeps her from pursuing it. She is kind of gullible but can be a fireball when she gets angry. Guys are always hitting on her and enjoys letting Ami hit them back. She has a pet bat (people find that a bit disturbing) that she nursed back to health after it smacked into their window one night.
